A rural upbringing and life on the farm on the Texas Gulf coast near Palacios provided Virginia Klingeman a solid foundation, combining a problem-solving mentality and a strong work ethic. A graduate of The University of Incarnate Word, she spent nearly 30 years as a business owner providing healthcare administration consulting, a career that honed her appreciation of timelines, communication, and accuracy of information. She made the transition to real estate after purchasing a bank-owned property and devoted eight years to listing bank properties and developing her ability to keep expectations clear while being open to the unexpected, as well as determining when to be hard, soft, understanding, or redirecting.
Virginia is an ardent believer in community service: she donates her energies as board member of the San Antonio German Shepherd Club and as President of the local Optimists International. She is an active participant in her neighborhood COP (Citizens on Patrol) program.
